Training the people who will hold others
My school trains facilitators in somatic sexuality and energy management, inside a clinical frame and a trauma-informed container. It is not a course of content: it is a nine-month process with individual therapy included.

How the training works
Three axes, held at once
Most trainings in this field hand over information and hope the transformation arrives by itself. Not here. Nobody can accompany another person further than they have travelled themselves, so the student’s own process is part of the programme rather than an extra.
That is why every student carries her own individual therapy with me across the nine months, alongside the theory and the group practice. And it is why the work begins with regulation and purification rather than expansion: without somatic safety, any sacred sexuality becomes spiritual bypass.
An individual therapeutic process
Nine one-to-one sessions with me over the course of the training, one a month or as clinical need dictates. It is the axis that holds the rest.
Live group practice and therapy
Meditations, body practice, group therapy and explorations in community, with professional containment.
Live theory and foundations
Live classes with access to the recording, a PDF for each module, and pre-recorded material to go deeper at your own pace.
How it progresses
Three levels of progressive transformation
You do not enter through expansion. You enter through safety, move through your own experience, and only then into relationship — in that order, because in any other it does not hold.
2 The "sexual self"
Recognising your own sexual experience, and your own individual contact with joy and pleasure, before any of it is carried into a relationship. Working with sexual energy starts with yourself.
3 Relational sexuality
Creating, tending, holding and expanding a shared energetic-sexual field, with healing practices for couples.
How it is structured
The two levels of the training
Level 1 is the full diplomado; Level 2 is a separate advanced phase, by application only. Enrolment, the full curriculum and the prices are handled at Orgona Mater — from here you can write to me and I will guide you.
Facilitator Training in Female Sexual Alchemy
A trauma-informed diplomado for women who want to accompany others in somatic sexuality and energy management.
Nine months, six modules, and an architecture that moves from purification through your own sexual identity to relational sexuality. Tantra, Taoism, yoga, Qi Gong and meditation are studied alongside the physiology of trauma, fascia, the vagus nerve and nervous-system regulation — not as separate subjects, but as one system.
No previous experience in tantra, yoga or therapy is needed. What is needed is genuine willingness and continuity in your own practice.
Groups are small, because the number of places is limited by my availability for the individual therapy. On completing Level 1 and meeting its requirements — a creative social project, a practice report and a final integration exam — you receive the diploma of Facilitator in Female Sexual Alchemy and Energy Management, Trauma-Informed, issued by Orgona Mater.

Level 2 — Advanced phase
Supervised practice for those who will go on to accompany individual and group processes.
Level 2 is not included in Level 1 and is taken separately. Entry is by application only, and only after finishing Level 1 with all its requirements.
The work here is supervised practice between participants, clinical and energetic depth, and an advanced integration experience. This structure by levels exists for a reason: so that only those who are genuinely ready reach the advanced practices.

How it runs
Online, with an optional in-person part
The training is online, so you can take it from wherever you are. On finishing the first level, students are invited to the retreat format, which takes the process into an in-person experience of integration.

What people ask before enrolling
If your question is not here, write to me. For a nine-month training I would rather you asked everything you need before deciding.
Do I need previous experience?
No. No experience in tantra, yoga or therapy is required. What is required is genuine willingness and commitment to your own practice: the personal process is part of the training, not an addition to it.
Is it only for women?
The training is centred on feminine sexual energy and on the experience of a woman’s body, and the community is feminine. If you are a man and it interests you, write to me and we will talk.
How much time does it ask of me each week?
Between five and seven hours: two live group meetings — one theory, one practice — plus your own practice. Every three weeks there is an integration week with no new class. More than 140 hours in total.
When does the next cohort start?
Write to me and I will tell you the next opening date, or check it directly at Orgona Mater. Groups are small and places are limited by my availability for the individual therapy.

I have a history of sexual trauma. Can I join?
Often yes, and that is exactly why the whole training is framed in trauma and begins with regulation. Even so, it is a conversation I want to have with you before you enrol. Let us arrange a call.
