Four days by the ocean to live the 10.10.10 Portal: connection, integration and collective activation with the water and the whales.

Perhaps the beginning and the end are not as far apart as we think. Perhaps every ending holds the seed of a beginning, and every new beginning carries the memory of everything we have lived.

An encounter with the water, the whales and dolphins, our deep memory, and the inner space where origin and future can meet. To integrate who you were, honour who you are, and make room for what you are here to embody.

Tantric Woman 3 — Cosmic Sexuality

In this retreat we worked on our central axis and on the importance of conscious work with the sexual body, so as to have the vital energy that would let us connect with our higher dimensions of consciousness. We also worked on the importance of working with the purity of crystals.

Tantric Woman 2 — Sexuality and Shadow

In this edition of the Tantric Woman retreat we worked with the shadow of the unconscious and with the emotions, and used roses as alchemical elements, as well as working with the archetype of Mary Magdalene, the dark mother and the alchemy of fire.

In this retreat we worked on sexual trauma and the wounds of childhood, and did somatic work to integrate the wisdom of our sexual body into everyday life, with surrender, joy, wisdom and devotion.

In this process we held six consecutive workshops built on a therapeutic process that included work with the chakras, the integration of our emotions, and opening to emotional, mental, physical and energetic contact, through a range of processes grounded in beginner-level somatic and tantric energy practices, as an introduction to the world of Tantra.

Uterine Thresholds

This process was for women therapists, or women who already have a solid grounding in bodywork. We did a somatic process of body awareness and work with uterine memories, and a somatic rebirth to purify the memories associated with our own birth.

Isis Initiation and Female Sexuality

In this process we worked with the archetype of the goddess Isis, drawn from Egyptian mythology, using sacred geometry and the Atlantean alphabet to understand the dimensions of being. We also went through a process of contact with pleasure through the alchemy of the Rose and anointing with sacred essential oils.

In this process we held two weekend modules introducing female sexuality, based on sex-therapy practices, as a way of purifying memories linked to sexual trauma, lost boundaries, disconnection from the body and wounds to self-image, with the intention of recovering fragments lost in those stories and returning to personal power.

In 2022 I was invited to teach the workshop “Asanas in Hatha Yoga II” as part of the Yoghismo Yoga Instructor Training in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. It was an especially meaningful experience on my professional and personal path, because it let me share with future yoga instructors from the meeting point of several dimensions of my experience: medicine, therapy, the practice of yoga, and the study of the relationship between body, energy and consciousness.

Beyond the physical practice of the asanas, the encounter was an invitation to experience the body as a space of presence, perception and transformation. Accompanying the participants in this exploration reaffirmed for me how deeply valuable it is to inhabit the body with greater awareness, and to learn to listen to what happens inside it.

Over time, this integrative view would become one of the pillars of my work: understanding the human being beyond the physical and the mental, and recognising the importance of energy, pleasure, embodiment, intimacy and consciousness in the processes of wellbeing and transformation.

I carry deep gratitude from this encounter, for having been able to share my experience and, at the same time, to keep learning from every person and every space in which I have the chance to teach. My special thanks to the coordinators of the Northern Zone of Mexico and to the team at Dhyana Yoga Studio for the invitation and the warm welcome.

An experience that is part of a path of integration: from the body towards consciousness, and from consciousness towards a fuller way of inhabiting our human experience.
