The Facilitator Training in Female Sexual Alchemy and Energy Management is a trauma-informed, nine-month diploma, and its current cohort is under way. It is not only a content course: every student carries her own therapeutic process with me while she learns to hold other people’s.

Tantric Woman 3 — Cosmic Sexuality

In this retreat we worked on our central axis and on the importance of conscious work with the sexual body, so as to have the vital energy that would let us connect with our higher dimensions of consciousness. We also worked on the importance of working with the purity of crystals.

Tantric Woman 2 — Sexuality and Shadow

In this edition of the Tantric Woman retreat we worked with the shadow of the unconscious and with the emotions, and used roses as alchemical elements, as well as working with the archetype of Mary Magdalene, the dark mother and the alchemy of fire.

In this retreat we worked on sexual trauma and the wounds of childhood, and did somatic work to integrate the wisdom of our sexual body into everyday life, with surrender, joy, wisdom and devotion.

In this process we held six consecutive workshops built on a therapeutic process that included work with the chakras, the integration of our emotions, and opening to emotional, mental, physical and energetic contact, through a range of processes grounded in beginner-level somatic and tantric energy practices, as an introduction to the world of Tantra.

The core

The three bodies of the work

Almost nobody puts these three together, which is why they usually get in each other's way: science that never touches the soul, spirituality that skips the body, sexuality with nothing to hold it. In my work they are not separate. They are the same gesture.

Medicine and science

Medical doctor and midwife, with a master's in clinical psychoneuroimmunology and hospital experience in birth and women's health. Nervous system, hormones, physiology, polyvagal theory. This is what makes the work precise rather than improvised.

Spirituality

Non-dual Kashmir Shaivism, Taoism and Qi Gong, 200RYT yoga instructor, a long study of Yoga and, now, of Tibetan Buddhism. I do not teach these traditions: I practise them, and they hold me.

Sexuality

Somatic sexuality, female sexual alchemy, neotantra and somatic trauma release, with the sacred sexuality training of the International School of Temple Arts. The work is full-body, always with clear agreements about boundaries and under informed consent.

Medical doctor · Body psychotherapist · Tantra & Taoist practitioner

I am a medical doctor and midwife, trained at the Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua, with hospital experience in birth and women’s health. My path through medicine took an unconventional turn — because my own history began in complex trauma, and no textbook could reach the place where that lived.

So I kept studying: clinical psychoneuroimmunology, body psychotherapy, somatic trauma release, and years inside the contemplative traditions. I do not separate what is usually kept apart. The nervous system and the soul are not two different subjects.
